Cooks vs. Cons Geoffrey Zakarian hosts this offbeat new six-episode unscripted series that pits talented home cooks against professional chefs. A rotating panel of judges, including Kardea Brown, Josh Elkin, Graham Elliot and Daphne Oz, selects the winners, without knowing if the meals were prepared by the professionals or the home cooks. 9 p.m. Food

Project Runway All Stars The designers celebrate Baroque fashion by creating couture-inspired gowns. Keren Craig and Coco Rocha join the panel as guest judges. 9 p.m. Lifetime

Shades of Blue It's finally time for the robbery of the armored truck, but unforeseen circumstances develop in the new episode. Jennifer Lopez, Ray Liotta, Drea de Matteo and Vincent Laresca star. 10 p.m. NBC
