Last night we dreamt of a three-eyed raven. That’s never good. And it can mean only one thing: “Game of Thrones” ends its third season, to return someday in the far-too-far-off future. 9 p.m. HBO

Resistance, as they say, is futile. But what else are you gonna do? The alien-invasion drama “Falling Skies” returns with back-to-back episodes. Noah Wyle and Moon Bloodgood star. 9 and 10 p.m. TNT

“Pussy Riot — A Punk Prayer” revisits the tale of three artist-activists arrested after a 2011 protest against Russian leader Vladimir Putin in a Moscow cathedral. 9 p.m. HBO

Norm! And Cliff! And Sam and Diane! “The Cast of Cheers: Where Are They Now?” gets you caught up with the stars of the Emmy-winning 1980s-era sitcom. 9 p.m. TVGN

The Kyra Sedgwick cop drama “The Closer” closed shop last summer. But its spin-off, “Major Crimes,” is back for a second season. Mary McDonnell stars. 9 p.m. TNT

“Pretty Little Liars” is back with new episodes. And a troubled teen finds himself the prime suspect in the murder of a classmate in the new mystery-drama “Twisted.” 8 and 9 p.m. ABC Family

The Hamptons-set “Royal Pains” and the football-themed drama “Necessary Roughness” are back for the summer. 9 and 10 p.m. USA
