Man Finds Food In the premiere of this traveling-cuisine series, host Adam Richman visits the Escondite, a hard-to-find downtown Los Angeles restaurant, where he tries a meaty and spicy dish named after Godzilla. 9 p.m. Travel

Viva Zapata! TCM is celebrating the 100th birthday of Mexican-born actor Anthony Quinn. Up first is 1952’s “Viva Zapata!,” with Marlon Brando, at 5 p.m. That’s followed at 7 by Quinn in his signature role, “Zorba the Greek,” (1964). At 9:30, Quinn plays French artist Paul Gaugin opposite Kirk Douglas as Vincent Van Gogh in the 1956 classic “Lust for Life.”
