Thanksgiving is a cook’s holiday. But if you’re not feeling the whole I’m-going-to-spend-all-Thanksgiving-and-the-night-before-in-the-kitchen thing, here are some places that are open Thanksgiving Day, and some restaurants and bakeries preparing all the essentials to order ahead and enjoy at home.

10e restaurant in downtown Los Angeles will be open Thanksgiving Day with a $45, four-course menu. Highlights include hummus with beetroot, cauliflower soup, roasted turkey, lamb chops and rice pudding. Anaheim White House will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Thanksgiving Day serving the regular menu, as well as a four-course Thanksgiving menu. Artisan House will be open Thanksgiving Day with a brunch buffet of roasted turkey, honey-cured ham, green bean casserole, candied yams, truffle mac and cheese and pumpkin crème brûlée. The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel will be open for Thanksgiving from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. A prix-fixe holiday dinner will be available for $75 per person and include turkey or grilled sea bream; sides for the table; and pumpkin cremosa or pecan tart. Craft is offering a selection of to-go holiday pies and desserts.
