The following are three salads that are low in calories, but big on flavor. Think quinoa with orange and crumbled feta or broccoli, wild rice and pecans. Because eating a salad for dinner isn't the end of the world, especially when there's cheese involved.

Don't worry. Other than some torn pieces of arugula, there's no real lettuce in this salad. Instead, it's a mix of orange segments, crumbled feta, quinoa, toasted walnuts and slivers of red onion with a little orange zest and a drizzle of olive oil. Calories per serving: 264.
