A vigil for a fatal hit-and-run crash victime in South L.A. Wednesday was broken up in dramatic fashion Wednesday afternoon by yet another hit and run after a car rammed into a pedestrian crossing the street.

Crews search Mendocino County coast for missing children days after body washes ashore
