NFC notes: John Fox to face Broncos for first time as Bears coach

Arizona: The Cardinals haven’t beaten Cincinnati since 2007. The Cardinals have piled up more than 400 yards in their last four games.

Atlanta: Julio Jones leads the NFL with 80 catches for 1,029 yards and six touchdowns. Jones is coming off his fifth 100-yard game of the season.

Carolina: Quarterback Cam Newton has 136 career combined touchdowns. Only Dan Marino (171) and Peyton Manning (147) had more in their first five seasons.

Chicago: Coach John Fox will face Denver for the first time since he was fired after leading the Broncos to four AFC West titles and a Super Bowl appearance.

Dallas: Quarterback Tony Romo will return Sunday after sitting out seven games because of a broken collarbone. The Cowboys have gone were 0-7 without him.

Detroit: Rookie Ameer Abdullah is averaging an NFL-high 31.9 yards on kickoff returns. The Lions haven’t won consecutive games in almost nearly a year.

Green Bay: Davante Adams had a career-high 10 receptions on 21 targets last week against the Lions. Adams has 27 receptions for 272 yards this season.

Minnesota: Running back Adrian Peterson leads the NFL with 961 yards rushing, a 227-yard advantage over the next closest running back, Arizona’s Chris Johnson.

New Orleans: New defensive coordinator Dennis Allen will have the benefit of a bye week to install his high-blitzing defense scheme.

New York Giants: Odell Beckham Jr. is second among receivers with eight touchdown catches. His 863 yards receiving are fifth-most in the league.

Philadelphia: Mark Sanchez will make his first start with Sam Bradford ruled out (concussion, shoulder). Sanchez was 4-4 in eight starts last season.

San Francisco: The 49ers will be without running back Carlos Hyde (foot) against Seattle. Hyde leads the team with 333 yards in 83 carries.

Seattle: Seahawks have lost two games in a row at home, but haven’t lost three consecutive games there since 2008. Quarterback Russell Wilson is 4-0 against the 49ers.

St. Louis: The Rams have forced 16 turnovers and scored after 11 of them. Case Keenum will start at quarterback in place of Nick Foles, who also has a shoulder injury.

Tampa Bay: Mike Evans has 27 catches for 488 yards in the last four games. Quarterback Jameis Winston has rushed for a touchdown in three games in a row.

Washington: Alfred Morris has the third- most yards rushing (4,366) and fourth-most rushing touchdowns (28) since he was drafted in 2012.
