25 high school students arrested in Riverside County drug case
Authorities arrested 25 students allegedly involved in selling cocaine, methamphetamine and other drugs at two Riverside County high schools, officials said Thursday.
The students attended Perris High School and Paloma Valley High School in Menifee, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said. Two of the students are adults.
Investigators seized marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, hashish and prescription pills, the department said in a statement.
The arrests came after undercover operations at the two schools, authorities said. The students were apprehended on both campuses Thursday.
The minors were processed at juvenile hall, and the two adults were booked at a county jail. They were identified as Serina Ramirez, 18, and Erick De La Cruz, 19.
