Fiery crash involving stolen Tesla shuts down La Brea Avenue
A fiery crash involving a stolen Tesla shut down La Brea Avenue in both directions in West Hollywood and left the driver with critical injuries.
A witness told KTLA News that the Tesla was split in half by the impact of the crash and that several other cars were damaged.
The crash occurred around 12:30 a.m. at La Brea Avenue near Lexington Avenue.
KABC-TV said the Tesla was stolen from a nearby dealership and was being chased by police when the crash occurred.
