A fatal shooting on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim created a traffic nightmare in the area late Monday after westbound lanes were closed while officers searched for evidence.

One person was killed and another wounded when gunfire was reported around 8 p.m. near Kramer Avenue on the heavily traveled east-west freeway that cuts through Orange County, Anaheim police said.
