Clayton Kershaw is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Friday in the first workout of the spring for the Dodgers’ pitchers and catchers.

Newcomers Brandon McCarthy and Brett Anderson are also scheduled to throw off the mound.

Top prospect Julio Urias, who is only 18, will take part in fielding practice. Urias’ workout group will include Zack Greinke and Hyun-Jin Ryu.

Sergio Santos’ bullpen session was scrapped, as the nonroster reliever was sent home with a stomach flu.
