Henson & Dawkins. It sounds like a good law firm. But 6-foot-8 Daron Henson and point guard Shacquille Dawkins are Alemany’s junior duo capable of leading the Warriors to lots of victories next season.

On Tuesday in an opening round game of the Fairfax tournament, Henson scored 26 points and Dawkins had 22 points in a 77-63 victory over Santa Monica.

At one point, Henson made three consecutive threes. In the second half, it was Dawkins’ defense that helped shut down talented Santa Monica freshman Spencer Freedman, who scored 20 points in the first half, including six threes. Freedman, who turned 16 on Tuesday, finished with 24 points on nine of 12 shooting.
