Sophomore quarterback Matt Corral of Oaks Christian has committed to USC.

He led Oaks Christian to an 11-1 record.

"It's the school he wants to go to," Coach Jim Benkert said. "We had a long talk to make sure his commitment was solid. Clay Helton said he was taking one quarterback and he fits."

He passed for 3,283 yards and 36 touchdowns last season. His standout receiver, Michael Pittman, enrolled at USC this semester.
