Soccer: Servite goes for Division 1 title on Saturday
Now that Servite has gotten past its nemesis, Loyola, the Friars can concentrate on Saturday’s Southern Section Division 1 championship soccer match against El Toro at 7:30 p.m. at Warren High.
Garrett Amador had a key goal (see above) in 3-2 semifinal victory over Loyola.
El Toro will be a tough opponent for the Friars. El Toro knocked off Edison in overtime in the semifinals.
