Fans spill out onto Broadway to get a close look at Los Angeles' new baseball team, as the Dodgers' caravan heads for city hall on April 18, 1958. Later in the day, the Dodgers defeated the San Francisco Giants, 6-5, at the Coliseum before a major league-record crowd of 78,672.
