J.J. Watt writes note to fan’s boss so she can attend charity event
Houston Texans star J.J. Watt is holding a charity softball game Friday. Brownsville, Texas, resident Ashlee Sanchez purchased tickets to the event.
One problem in this scenario: Sanchez's job. She has to work on the day of the game, which is five hours away in Sugar Land, Texas.
So what does Sanchez do? Naturally, she takes up the issue with the guy in charge of the event, who just happens to be the reigning NFL defensive player of the year and a huge star.
How cool is that? Even cooler is the Twitter response she got from Watt six hours later, which featured the requested note written by hand on "Justin J. Watt" personalized stationery, no less.
Now it's up to one more person to be just as cool as Sanchez and Watt: Sanchez's boss.
