Durant had surgery Thursday to repair a fracture in his right foot. Shortly afterward, he tweeted that everything went well.

Durant will be re-evaluated in six weeks, ESPN reported.

The Thunder are optimistic Durant can return after missing a little more than a month of the season, due in large part to catching the injury before it became more severe, ESPN reported.
