Football: Former walk-ons from Loyola awarded college scholarships

Share

There are no guarantees when you walk-on to a college football program. Earning a scholarship, though, is certainly a big deal.

Two former Loyola High players who walked on at USC and Wyoming, respectively, have been given scholarships

Reuben Peters, a former Loyola defensive MVP and All-Serra League linebacker in 2013, was named USC’s starting fullback and awarded a scholarship last week.
