The Pasadena Whole Foods Market on Arroyo Parkway, the largest Whole Foods west of the Rocky Mountains, will open its first full-service restaurant on Friday. So if you're in the mood to sit down for a proper meal with a server — instead of your usual grab-bag dinner from the salad bar, sushi chef and pizza counter — you can. The restaurant, called 110 & Bellevue (named for its cross streets), has taken over the space previously housed by the market's wine bar, Bar Level II, on the second floor.  Chef Joanna Ramos will helm the kitchen with a menu the market is calling "rustic California cuisine."
