DALLAS —
Beto scored two goals, and the Dallas Sidekicks set a Major Indoor Soccer League record for blocked shots Saturday night en route to a 4-2 victory over the Los Angeles Lazers.
The Sidekicks, who raised their home winning streak to 10 games before 11,877 at Reunion Arena, blocked 40 shots to break the MISL record of 38 set last year by Kansas City against Wichita.
Dallas improved its record to 21-20. The Lazers (19-19) play the San Diego Sockers tonight at 6 at the Forum.
