Local News in Brief : Santa Ana : Dean to Take Part in Leadership Program
Lynne Stedman, dean of counseling at Rancho Santiago College, has been chosen to participate in the Leaders program, a yearlong international leadership enhancement plan for female administrators.
Leaders is co-sponsored by the League for Innovation in Community Colleges and by the American Assn. of Women in Community and Junior Colleges.
The program in which Stedman will take part includes discussions with national experts on key community college issues, Rancho Santiago spokesman Henry Kertman said.
Stedman holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in counseling and guidance from Indiana University.
