Halloween won’t go unnoticed at the Billy Squier Band concert Tuesday at the Greek Theatre. At a pre-show Halloween party at 6 p.m., Squier and Alice Cooper--the prototypal rock ‘n’ roll ghoul--will judge the first 200 fans arriving in costume. Grand prize is a cool grand: $1,000. Squier, whose six albums have totalled 11 million in sales, is on his first concert tour in five years.
