A robbery suspect was arrested this morning after an eight-hour standoff with Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies at his home near Palmdale, authorities said.

Alfonso Manfredonia, 39, of Lake Los Angeles allegedly shot at a pizza parlor manager who chased after him after a robbery and then barricaded himself in his house, Deputy George Ducoulombier said.
