Pepperdine’s Milburn Set to Transfer to UCLA

Tracey Milburn, a former Moorpark High standout who started at forward for the Pepperdine women’s soccer team as a freshman last season, will transfer to UCLA, her father, Brent Milburn, said Saturday.

Milburn had five goals and five assists last season and will be eligible to play for the Bruins in the fall. Her departure means the Waves have lost their top two players and their coach in the past three months.

Forward Jennifer Peterson transferred to Arizona State in January and third-year Coach Ken Dale resigned last week.
