St. Margaret’s has spent the season preparing for this Division V title run. Coach Susie Maga has taken the Tartan girls’ teams to two consecutive titles, and with the additional playoff divisions, that goal was even more realistic for the boys’ team this season. Their only best-of-five loss was to Laguna Beach, a Division IV school and perennial county power. The Tartans will need to be sharp to defeat Montebello Cantwell-Sacred Heart, which beat previously undefeated Brethren Christian in the semifinals.
