IRL Runs Out of Gas at Fontana Track

No surprise the Indy Racing League and California Speedway couldn’t reach an agreement for a 2006 race -- they are both poor promoters. They both rejected midsummer dates, saying it would be too hot for the guests. Last time I checked, the track had lights for night racing, which seemed to work pretty well on a summer night for NASCAR a couple of weeks ago.
