Baseball: North Hollywood duo finalize college choices

Pitcher Andrew Marmor and outfielder Tyson Turner, the two key players for North Hollywood’s East Valley League championship team, have finalized their college choices.

Marmor, a four-year start with a 4.4 grade-point average, will attend Brown University in the fall. He’s scheduled to pitch against Chatsworth in Wednesday’s City Section Division I playoff opener.

Turner, who set a school record for most steals in a season, is headed to Cal Poly Pomona.
