Green Bay TV station pokes fun at NFL with replacement weatherman

&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Green Bay television station NBC26 made fun of the infamous replacement referees who botched Monday night’s football game by using a replacement weather guy on its show.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The substitute weatherman sounded like a “Sesame Street” character and said that at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning the weather would be minus-200 degrees.
