Show your NFL team some love with nail art
OK, I admit it. I’m one of those nerdy female fans who likes to wear my love for my favorite sports teams on my sleeve ... or better yet, in the form of a pendant, earrings, cute scarf or other accessory. Much more subtle than a T-shirt, ball cap or face paint, IMO.
Now the NFL and CoverGirl are making it possible for me to show my love with nail art. The two entities have paired on 32 sets of Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss bundles, which include lacquers matching your team-of-choice’s colors. The number of colors differs depending on the team, but each bottle of polish costs around $5.49.
The bundles are available on the CoverGirl/NFL-collection Web page, which also offers step-by-step instructions on how to create your own “fanicure” and helpful suggestions of other beauty products that can help create a team-friendly look.
Who needs an oh-so-cliche giant foam finger when you can say (in my case) “Go Bucs!” with much more fashionable nail designs?
