Man found dead in Lake Balboa home
Police responded to reports that a man was found dead inside a residence in the Lake Balboa section of the San Fernando Valley on Saturday, authorities said
The man, whose age and name were not released, was discovered about 5:15 p.m. in the 16400 block of Gilmore Street, LAPD Sgt. Steve Nassief said. The case is being treated as a possible homicide, he said.
Nassief, who works at the LAPD’s West Valley station, said officers were told the man might have been shot. He did not know how long the man had been dead.
