All-Tournament selection Rolando Nunez scored 14 points for Monroe (5-3) who trailed 32-14 at halftime. Josh Deanne scored 16 points for Rio Mesa (3-4), who missed a 26 foot shot at the buzzer.

Gabriel Julio scored 18 points and Jose Guerra added 17 points for San Fernando, which is 2-6 this season with both victories coming against USC-MAST (0-8).

Chris Johnson scored 20 points for host Jordan (2-0), which led, 31-19, at halftime. Carl Munns scored 25 points for Gardena (2-3), which closed to within five points with three minutes left.
