Manager Don Mattingly announced Tuesday that Jimmy Rollins will bat leadoff during Wednesday’s exhibition opener against the Chicago White Sox, and that Rollins will be the leadoff man during the season.

Rollins hit .243 with a .323 OB% for the Phillies last season, stealing 28 bases in 34 attempts. He also has a career .327 OB%, well below what you would want in an ideal leadoff man. Is this a good move for the Dodgers, or should Mattingly have chosen someone else? Vote in our poll and let us know.
