AT THE PLATE: Infielder Darwin Barney, who is in contention for a bench role, doubled, tripled and scored. The former Gold Glove second baseman is batting .341 in the exhibition season. Barney scored in the third inning on a double by A.J. Ellis. With the Dodgers breaking camp after the game, Barney, Ellis and the other players who could be on the team’s opening-day roster played only three innings. Top prospect Corey Seager, who was optioned to minor league camp last month, played the entire game at shortstop and was two for four with a double.

ON THE MOUND: Former first-round pick Zach Lee pitched 5 1/3 innings in relief of Clayton Kershaw and was charged with three runs and five hits. Lee, who is expected to start the season in triple-A Oklahoma City, struck out six and walked one. He gave up two home runs.
