Through the first month of the baseball season, the Dana Hills pitching trio of Marrick Crouse, Hans Crouse and Zach Wolf has been delivering for the Dolphins (12-2-1).

Wolf is 4-0 with an 0.81 ERA. Marrick Crouse is 3-1 with an 0.93 ERA. Hans Crouse is 3-0 with a 1.31 ERA.

Clearly over the course of the season, Dana Hills is going to be one of the top teams in the Southland with that kind of pitching.

When the Division 1 playoffs begin, the Dophins should be in the title mix. And their hitting lineup will get a boost next Monday when Mater Dei transfer David Clawson, a catcher, becomes eligible.

Jay Schuyler, a first baseman/catcher, has committed to play for San Diego. He's a top student and has 29 career doubles.
