Trail Blazers acquire Mike Miller, Brendan Haywood from Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday traded center Brendan Haywood and guard/forward Mike Miller to the Portland Trail Blazers for two second-round draft picks, Yahoo sports and several other outlets reported.
Portland also reportedly will receive two draft picks in the deal — the better of the Cavaliers’ two 2019 second-round selections and their 2020 second-rounder. Besides the two second-round picks from Portland, Cleveland also will receive $10.5 million and $2.85 million trade exceptions, according to Yahoo.
Miller, 35, averaged a career-low 2.1 points per game last season, his 15th in the NBA. Haywood, 35, whose $10.5-million contract is not guaranteed, played in only 22 games, and the Trail Blazers are expected to waive him.

The Orlando Magic agreed to acquire guard Shabazz Napier from the Miami Heat for a protected future second-round pick, according to multiple reports. Napier, 24, averaged 5.1 points and 2.5 assists in 51 games last season.
