Massachusetts State Police said Friday that a third suspect in the Aaron Hernandez case has been arrested.

Ernest Wallace, a 41-year-old man accused of being an accessory after the fact of murder, was captured by local police in Miramar, Fla., on Friday afternoon.

Wallace, also known as “Bo Fish,” was last seen driving a silver or gray Chrysler 300 with Rhode Island license plates. Massachusetts authorities said they have recovered a car linked to Wallace.

Hernandez was released by the New England Patriots hours after he was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of killing semipro football player Odin Lloyd, who was shot execution-style. Lloyd’s body was found a mile from Hernandez’s home in North Attleborough, Mass.

A second suspect, 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz, was ordered by a Connecticut judge on Friday to be handed over to Massachusetts authorities as part of their investigation into the Hernandez case.

Hernandez is also being investigated for the unsolved drive-by killings of two men in Boston last July, according to multiple reports.

Daniel Abreu, 29, and Safiro Furtado, 28, were shot to death in a BMW while waiting at a traffic light. Another man in the car was wounded and two others escaped.

Investigators reportedly suspect Abreu and Furtado were involved in a nightclub brawl with Hernandez and his friends earlier that night.
