Olympic leader Thomas Bach will continue making the rounds in the U.S. over the next few days.

The president of the International Olympic Committee spent the weekend talking with former President Clinton and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at the Super Bowl.

Bach is scheduled to attend the opening of the world skiing championships in Vail/Beaver Creek in Colorado and meet with executives at the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs before returning home.

All of this comes on the heels of an interview with NBC’s Bob Costas in which Bach complimented Boston -- the recent choice to be America’s sole bidder for the 2024 Summer Games.

“Bostonians are famous for their love for sport,” Bach said. “The colleges, the universities can serve as a great backdrop.”
