UC San Diego Defeats Point Loma Nazarene
Kevin Stewart scored 17 points and Andy Jedynak added 16 to lead UC San Diego past Point Loma Nazarene College, 69-61, in a nonconference NCAA Division III men’s basketball game Tuesday night at Point Loma.
UCSD (6-4) won at the free-throw line, hitting 14 of 17 attempts. Point Loma Nazarene (3-6) made just 6 of 16 from the line.
Steve Riddle led Point Loma Nazarene with 16 points, and Clayton Williams added 13.
