* at Washington 95, Detroit 83: Antawn Jamison had 24 points and 12 rebounds to help the Wizards add another impressive win to their resume. Although only three games above .500, the Wizards own two victories each over Boston, Dallas, New Orleans and Cleveland.

* Denver 109, at Toronto 100: Allen Iverson had 36 points, Carmelo Anthony added 33 and the Nuggets sent the Raptors to their seventh loss in their last eight games. Iverson made two of Denver’s six three-point baskets in the fourth, including one that capped a late 7-0 run.

* San Antonio 88, at Dallas 81: The Spurs won their third in a row after a 1-6 slump and took the season series, 3-1, against the Mavericks, whose season could be in jeopardy if Dirk Nowitzki’s left leg injury, suffered in the third quarter, is found to be serious.

* Golden State 115, at Lakers 111: Stephen Jackson scored six of his 31 points on two three-pointers in the final 38 1/2 seconds to help the Warriors end a nine-game losing streak at Staples Center and stay 1 1/2 games ahead of Denver in the final Western Conference playoff spot.
