The buzz: The only blemish in Norway’s run through group play was a 1-1 draw with top-ranked Germany. England, meanwhile, needed two goals in the final 20 minutes of regular time to beat Mexico, and a penalty-kick goal was the difference against Colombia. Two of the three goals allowed by England’s Santa Monica-born keeper, Karen Bardsley, have come in stoppage time.
