Pasadena Sears security guard stabbed by suspected thief
A Sears security guard was stabbed Monday night by a person suspected of robbing the Pasadena store, authorities said.
The stabbing was reported shortly after 8:20 p.m. at the Sears store in the 3800 block of East Foothill Boulevard, Pasadena police Lt. John Luna said.
The security guard was taken to a hospital in stable condition, Luna said.
Police did not release the name of the alleged assailant, who was taken into custody.
