For a long time, St. John Bosco was making life miserable for powerful Oak Hill Academy from Mouth of Wilson, Va., on Friday night in Hawaii.

The Braves led, 30-25, at halftime and 42-41 after three quarters. But eight turnovers in the fourth quarter proved decisive in a 66-59 loss.

Vance Jackson scored 25 points for St. John Bosco.

In another semifinal in the same tournament, Orange Lutheran lost to Oakland Bishop O'Dowd, 60-52.
