John Wall, Wizards end Thunder’s streak

John Wall scored 15 of his 17 points in the second half and the Washington Wizards took advantage of a rare off game from hometown star Kevin Durant in a 96-81 victory over the Thunder on Saturday night that stopped Oklahoma City’s 10-game winning streak.

Two days after being selected to the All-Star game for the first time, Wall also had 15 assists and six steals and went seven for 11 from the field after halftime, more than making up for an 0-for-7 first half. Durant had 26 points on eight-for-21 shooting, including 0 for 6 from three-point range, along with five turnovers.

at Atlanta 120, Minnesota 113: Kyle Korver scored 24 points, including a trio of three-pointers in a third-quarter stretch that gave Atlanta the lead, and the Hawks overcame Kevin Love’s 43 points and 19 rebounds.

at Indiana 97, Brooklyn 96: Paul George and Roy Hibbert both had 20 points, and the Pacers improved their home record to 22-2.

at Houston 106, Cleveland 92: James Harden returned from injury to score 28 points and Jeremy Lin had his first career triple-double (15 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists) to lead the Rockets to their third straight win.

at New Orleans 88, Chicago 79: Anthony Davis, back from a game off because of an injured finger, scored 24 points, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked six shots to lead the Pelicans.

at San Antonio 95, Sacramento 93: Tim Duncan had 23 points and 17 rebounds, Tony Parker added 18 points and 10 assists, and the Spurs ended a three-game slide while handing the Kings their seventh loss in a row.

at Memphis 99, Milwaukee 90: Nick Calathes, subbing for an injured Mike Conley, scored a career-high 22 points, Zach Randolph had 23 points and 10 rebounds, and the Grizzlies won their sixth in a row.

Miami 106, at New York 91: LeBron James had 30 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, and the Heat avoided going 0-4 in New York against the Knicks and Nets.

at Detroit 113, Philadelphia 96: The Pistons’ frontcourt overwhelmed the 76ers, as Andre Drummond had 22 points and 14 rebounds and Greg Monroe had 21 points and 12 rebounds. Drummond and Monroe combined to go 18 of 21 from the field.

at Phoenix 105, Charlotte 95: Goran Dragic scored 25 points and the Suns won their fifth in a row, holding Al Jefferson to 10 points one day after he scored 40 against the Lakers.

at Portland 106, Toronto 103: Damian Lillard’s short bank shot with 11 seconds left gave the Trail Blazers the lead and spoiled a big game by DeMar DeRozan (36 points, 12 assists).
