Levi Billups of Quail Valley will defend his California state heavyweight boxing championship against Lionel Washington of Bakersfield in a scheduled 12-rounder tonight at Chuck Landis’ Country Club in Reseda.
Featured on a five-bout undercard, which begins at 7:30 p.m., is a junior welterweight fight between Calvin Meeks of Los Angeles and Kevin Spratt of Great Britain.
