Jimmy Rollins extended his hitting streak to 22 games with a two-run homer that Juan Encarnacion nearly caught, then had a two-run double to help Philadelphia beat Florida, 13-3, on Friday at Miami.

The Phillies won for the fifth time in six games. They remained half a game behind NL wild-card leader Houston, and the Marlins fell 1 1/2 games back.

Rollins’ double broke open the game in the sixth, when four Florida relievers walked three and gave up five runs, all with two out.
