Regarding Bill Plaschke’s Sept. 10 column [“When Every Game Is a Home Game, Who Needs a Home Team?”], amen!

Sam Farmer (who probably just wants an excuse to watch a game somewhere besides home) and his ilk don’t get it: Many of us are from somewhere else and our allegiances won’t change (see: Arizona Cardinals). As a chain of restaurants’ commercial touting their locations as desirable places to watch the games says, “If you still miss the stadium experience, we’ll be happy to pour beer down your back and stand in front of the television.”
