Boys’ basketball: 6-11 freshman Makur Maker enrolls at Chaminade

Makur Maker, a 6-foot-11 freshman basketball player from Australia, has enrolled at West Hills Chaiminade, Coach Ryan Moore said Tuesday.
Maker attended his first class on Monday.
He is the cousin of top-rated recruit Thon Maker.
“He’s everything you can ask for as a 14-year-old,” Moore said.
