Football: Locke becomes the fourth team to forfeit because of depleted roster

For the fourth time this week, a school has forfeited its scheduled football game because of a depleted roster.

Locke High forfeited its game against Los Angeles on Friday.

Los Angeles players were on the bus traveling to Locke when Coach Eric Scott said he received a phone call from his assistant principal informing him Locke did not have enough players to play the game.

Los Angeles improves to 8-0 with the Coliseum League victory.
