Update: The Lynx clinched first place in the Western Conference with a 73-60 win over Seattle on Tuesday. This is the third consecutive year that the Lynx have finished in the top spot. Meanwhile, the Sparks have clinched second place in the Western Conference for the second year in a row. The Sparks will finish the regular season with a two-game homestand. After playing the Lynx on Thursday, the Sparks on Sunday will face the third-place Phoenix Mercury, which they will also face in the first round of the playoffs.
