Six are playing for the United States in the Gold Cup: Clint Dempsey, Michael Bradley, DaMarcus Beasley, Gonzalez, Graham Zusi and Nick Rimando.
Keane and Dempsey have both played for Tottenham Hotspur.
Current MLS goals leader Kei Kamara also made the roster for the July 29 game in Commerce City, Colo. Other players on the All-Star team include Sebastian Giovinco, Kaka and David Villa.
